Shipping & Returns
At Crazy Stus' we always strive to have our products in stock and ready to despatch when ordered. Usual shipping time is 5-10 business days from order.

Crazy Stus' Use Australia post for reliable on time shipping. Orders can be shipped via a number of shipping options, including standard, express, and insured shipping. Shipping will be calculated on the shipping method selection page in our checkout area. Simply follow the instructions to choose the method most suitable for you.

All care is taken when packing products, however we do recommend insured shipping - an extra cost dependant on the value of goods and this is calculated at the checkout. If you choose to have your goods insured in transit, standard rates for your method of shipping will apply.

Products found to be DOA (Dead on Arrival) can be returned to CrazyStu.com.au for exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. After this period, Crazy Stus' will refer the client to the supplier for all warranty repairs. Crazy Stus' do not issue credits or refunds for goods damaged in transit or through accidental damage.

Choosing the right present isn't always easy. Crazystu.com.au will issue credits or exchange only for products returned in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Again insurance is recommended as we do not take any responsibility for product damaged in return transit.

Goods returned to Crazy Stus are returned at the clients cost unless goods are DOA. Subsequent return to the client is at CrazyStu.com.au cost unless the product was returned due to a gift change of mind or incorrect selection.
